Refund Policy

We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you must request a return within 24 hours of receiving your item. If you are not satisfied with your painting, you may return it for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be damaged upon receipt or materially different from what was ordered (for example, significant size discrepancies or a completely different artwork). Minor variations in color or detail are normal due to the handmade nature of the paintings and do not qualify for a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@tingatingaart.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING COSTS INCURRED BY YOU IN SENDING THE ITEMS BACK TO US ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. 

WE WILL ONLY REFUND THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER.
